The best app for following live music!!! It fell off for a few years but the current team is doing great things with the app and website. Long live Jambase!
Location by Zip code doesn’t work
Defaults to city areas for 60 miles. Will no longer save by zip code and smaller radius. The result is you have to read listings for shows in areas you don’t care about.
Cannot view past shows in App
A really helpful feature for the app would be to include the ability to view and search for past shows that you have attended and that artists have performed. The website has this capability. It should move over to the app also. Otherwise, it’s good.
Can’t see all the shows
I travel for music so I need to see all shows for my bands. The limit of 200 miles is useless for me and this makes the app useless. As a developer I know this should be a simple thing to do.
Not all events can be trusted.
NOT covid related. Just use alternative sources to verify.

I need to be able to search more than a 250 mi radius from home.
Can’t Scroll
This app used to work great but not anymore. When you click on a band you can’t scroll down to see their upcoming shows. It just keeps buffering back to the top show you can only see the next couple of shows.

Full of glitches
For some reason it never scrolls right. The app is good in concept but very glitchy.
Not as good as it used to be
Been a user from the beginning and, sadly, the latest revamp is a step backwards. It also seems like the app is missing more and more shows. It’s like sometimes they’ll list the band playin the local hotdog stand but nothing about the established bands playing Sculpture Park. I wish there was a better alternative.

Major update needed
Been a JamBase user / advocate since day 1… a d the current version is in need of a massive upgrade. As someone who designs GUI that loves music this has been a go to. But it’s just not easy to endorse a platform that is so dysfunctional when it comes to being able to track and follow events.

After years of using the site (and then the app), this update makes familiar new. (Wish I had more shows to decide upon, but that will happen). Thanks and do good.

This is a must have app for concert/festival discovery! Also love being able to read the latest music news, have all the best live-streams in one place, and the ability to track my favorite artists. The new JamBase app is simply amazing!

New design looks really great. Love that I can now read articles inside the app. Big fan of the livestreams viewing portal and getting notified when they start. Can’t wait for more concerts to fill up my calendar!
