It requires far too much personal details relating to ID, I deleted it.

THIS STUPID GARBAGE APP. Boycott any business that uses it.

It requires too much information to be legit
Totally useless
Downloaded at least three times with all personal information and does not recognise bookings. This is a total waste of space. No stars if possible.

Spammed to install the app again and again and then uploaded personal information and the booking is not found.

Downloaded the app and went to My Booking. The app said‘Please Wait’. I have been waiting 2 days.

Doesn’t recognise my booking
I’m sure it would be fabulous if it worked but it won’t accept my booking, apparently it’s non existent! Got the hotel to check, and my booking is valid and I’m using the right booking reference
