Out of all the ordering apps I have encountered during the pandemic, this is the worst by some distance!
Dreadful
Starts in German. Slow and sluggish. Won’t work where I am (found out it’s because the staff have not arrived yet, 30 mins after they were supposed to) have to keep adding details.

Terrible app. Delay on loading. Useless staff. Awful. Disgusting attitude. Full of virus. They take your data. Linked with google. And English.
Works well
Too many reviews about specific places rather than the app. Does the job but starts up in German whilst in England

Difficult to use
After downloading the app, it opened in what I believe was German and could not have change the language. The payment system was also difficult, as it did not support Apple Pay and the payment screen was laid out in a way that keychain could not auto populate the card info.
iPhone Problems
Worked on an iPhone 7 but not on an iPhone XS even though running same IOS 13 version.
Didn’t work on an iPhone 11 either.
Luckily we have 2 different phones otherwise no lunch at Balgove Larder.

Really cumbersome: have to repeatedly add your details and if you go back it turns into Dutch

Easy payments - simple to use. QR functionality is great.
Inflexible
Used this app at Balgrove Larder in St Andrews. Inflexible, unable to tweak orders or even find out what was in each item. Not good.

Great Meal
Came to the Balgove steak and cafe for the first time with my partners family. Had hot drinks from the cafe before having a great meal from the steak barn. Steak was delicious and so was the chicken.
Would definitely return here again soon as a can!
