Best workout possible!
I’ve been a member of JSF since Jamie bought into and then bought out BodyFit five or so years ago. In my many years of regular workouts, I’ve never had such a challenging program of workouts as those offered at JSF. Jamie has done a dynamite job of setting up classes, training and nutritional advice to our many satisfied members!
