My account has been frozen on 'awaiting verification' for MONTHS. No communication, no timeline, no human response from support. At the same time, two of my female friends signed up and were approved within a single day each.
That's not a coincidence — it's the business model. The verification queue appears designed to fast-track women (and the photos, bios, and personal data they upload during signup) while indefinitely stalling male accounts. It's hard to see what JAMM is actually doing if it isn't building a database of female user profiles for purposes that have nothing to do with serving its users.
If you're a man, you almost certainly won't get verified. If you're a woman, think carefully about what you're handing over and to whom. Avoid until the developers come clean about why male and female accounts are treated so radically differently.

We understand your frustration with the long wait, but the suggestion that JAMM collects or uses women’s profiles for purposes unrelated to the platform is incorrect. Profile information is used to operate the platform and its features. Approval times can vary, and we acknowledge that our communication around the verification process needs to improve. This is a very poor app with a bad system. There is no transparency and no proper response. Please don’t trust this app. Wasting time on this app feels like hitting your head against a wall.

downloaded the app & filled everything but it’s stuck under review from 1 month
Suggestion : they can atleast show queue no. Or some countdown if founders having a bigg quantom to review
And after reading other people’s reviews it seems like it’s never going to happen

But you should hire good workforce to review people with feedback system atleast.
Might be back in future if hopefully gets better review & validation system

Issue regarding Awaiting Review
There's no support or clear communication to resolve this issue,And also i have mail my issue but there is no response regarding the issue. If we are rejected just let us know so we can delete our profile, its been hectic to see each & every day to open the app and still its under review.
For an app designed to connect people, it's ironic how disconnected the experience feels.

Waste of time
Deleting my Account. Extremely Frustrated with the Verification Delay
I am not sure about criteria that a user needs to have to get accepted but It is really frustrating to wait this long. Atleast keep the user updated (even if his/her profile is not aligning with your acceptance criteria). What’s the point of showcasing yourself genuine, if you fail to justify your claim or provide the service appropriately?
I am deleting my account from this application.
Profile Won’t Even Get Activated
The onboarding process is unnecessarily slow and frustrating. There’s no support or clear communication to resolve this issue. For an app designed to connect people, it’s ironic how disconnected the experience feels.
Until these issues are fixed, I can’t recommend this app to anyone. Developers, please prioritize user experience!
