Love the concept, issues with app stability and customer support

Such a valuable service for musicians, clients and contractors alike.

Booked a mentorship session with Jammcard. Video meetings do not work properly on IOS and the app kept crashing when I went to attend the session.

I’ve been contacting customer support for over a month requesting a refund. I’ve received one email in response, and no refund.

I hope they can improve app stability and customer support so I can recommend and continue to use this service.

Connecting musicians

I can’t recommend Jammcard enough. The app is an incredible resource for networking and connecting with fellow music professionals in the live/touring space, and their events are top notch and almost always free with an RSVP. Highly recommend.
