Used to be a great tool for learning songs
I used this for years exclusively to learn songs. The song audio used to play through my iPhone and iPad speakers. Around 5 years ago it stopped playing audio through the speakers. Fortunately I found other apps that plays through the device speakers and has A / B loop feature.
Waste
What a waste of money. The software is so buggy, not to mention the interface is so delicate. I would never try to practice with this, not to mention gig with it. Take some advice and stick with pedals.

Ótimo app, mas precisa de atualização para IOS 18 ou superior. Inserir a opção de Allow Network por exemplo o que possibilitaria compatibilidade total com o Audiobus.
Problem with devices
I buy this app on my iPhone, but when I download at my iPad my licence is not purchased. How can, I fix this?

It stopped working…
I had this app for a few years and it worked flawlessly. Suddenly it stopped working and I contacted the support team with no real help or acceptable outcome. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app million times and nothing. i’m very disappointed.
Doesn’t work at all for any new device above iPhone 7
This app doesn’t work at all for any new iPhone. I actually have to keep an old iPhone 7 laying around just to play with this app. It’s useless and officially a waste of money

Ios 17 broke jamup pro, now strip of the screen on the right is unresponsive so no settings!
Also barely works in loopy any more, and i JUST got a new ipad to finally use this rig I have been building for 13 years!!!! Please fix! And update to AU3 if you want!

Used to be the best phone app
This app was by far the best app I’ve had. Better than anything, but for the last year, it doesn’t work. The microphone picks up noise but the actual app doesn’t do anything. I was due a new phone anyway thinking this would fix it, I eventually brought a new guitar lead, iRig, headphone adapter, headphones and realised the app’s knackered. The developers seem to not care for this app anymore. Shame.

This is much more functional than Bias FX 2. Sounds better too.
My iPhone is my pedal board
I had a line 6 that I really liked except I got tired of lugging it around. Jam Up Pro gives me the sound I’m looking for and is way easier to transport with an iRig.

Excellent tool for learning songs
Audio no longer playing through my device (iPad, iPhone) speakers. Audio only works with headphones or earbuds plugged into lightning connector. This is so frustrating.

Nicht mehr nutzbar
Seit iOS 16 nicht mehr nutzbar. Mikrofon pfeift und somit ist die App tot. Positive Grid denkt nicht dran es zu ändern. Ganz mies.
It was the best
Infelizmente a parte de Jam não funciona. Ele até carrega as músicas do iTunes, mas não toca nada. Perdeu essa funcionalidade.
After All the Rest, This Is It!
This rather serious Tech user and guitar player of over 50 years has now been around the block with the primary Amp Sims and for the money, the UI ease of use and design, but above all, the quality of the sound of the Amps and the utility of the Pedals, for ten bucks, this one is absolutely the best.
I waited for a couple months of using this app after trying and favorably reviewing several others because this is the one I found the easiest to use and definitely has the best clean sound.
Here’s another key difference, there’s 128 Preset Slots. The UI is very accessible for switching between tones, amps and pedal setups instantly. Nembrini, for example is the opposite.
It’s also important to mention how well this app works with GarageBand. The additional features make you sound better and cleaner than the its internal sims. It works seamlessly.
Lastly, my other distinction is how clean and clear the sound is when output to an external amp, for performance purposes, in my case a tone neutral 100 watt PA. The noise gates are extremely sensitive and effective.
So basically you get all the benefits of the more well known apps that are in multiples of cost ranges and probably very little in additional functionality.
Thanks for providing this excellent app for such an incredible one time purchase of $10. Apple should promote it to a larger entry level audience.

Not satisfying under iOS 16!
I paid for JamUp Pro and the All Access Pack, but under iOS16 neither import from iTunes nor export via E-Mail work in the 8-Track recorder. Please fix it. I would expect, that you do extensive regression tests of your app prior to release of new iOS releases and provide updates, if necessary.
Wow. Absolute garbage.
Maybe it’s the latest iOS update, but nothing works on the app. I used the free version for a while and thought I’d upgrade to pro. Waste of $10. Looper doesn’t work. 8 track doesn’t work. Effects all sound the same. Will be asking for a refund.
