User interface can be much better. Every govt app must not feel like it’s a govt app. Why can’t it be like our Zepto or Blinkit

Update location of Each Pharmacy Shop
When I visited most of the Jan Aushadhi Pharmacy Shop , the location and number is provided is sometimes wrong. When I request Generic Medicine just like Vit C Chewable tablets price are higher than Tablet Limcee . I don’t why such higher price Medicine are present .

I am unable to get past the sign up as I am getting 400 (bad request) error on sign up (submission) .. also one time I was through the sign up page - I could not enter OTP as that field was not editable.
Need a Lot improvement
🙏 Please make an option for online medical buying and delivery system with reasonable cost. And please make the app more improved for iOS Store as well as play store also just like the Apollo and 1mg or frank ross these type of online medical stores. Make it happen as soon as possible. Update the app with latest features for iOS 🤞✨

Unable to search nearby store
System has a glitch due to which nearby stores are not visible on the app. Please get this fixed.

Not receiving OTP
I tried a lot to sign up, but not able to complete process due to OTP issue. App testing and improvement are required.
It doesn’t work for iPhone
This is not happening... already people are complaining that it’s not working for I phone but there is no support for customers who want to use it.☹️

Great platform bad app
Great platform for affordable medicine but you can’t sort or find it here. This app shall help in finding the generic name of medicine when one searches via prescription name.
Search starts with one letter, doesn’t take full word. Search wrongly. Every time top items comes as vit C tab or needles.
Nearest store, I found myself one in my area but on app it’s not there. App doesn’t show correct data.
I doubt Govt. has intention to solve the problem, as they might have pressure from private sector to o

I called the nearest medical shop as per this app and the lady told me it is permanently closed

One the stores I tried to visit in Gurugram as per this app was shut an year ago. Other one told me we don’t keep jan aushadhi medicine. 🤦🏻♂️
