This update focuses on notifications, messaging, and a clearer, faster dashboard. NOTIFICATIONS • Tapping a notification now opens exactly what it refers to the incident, the activity, or the conversation instead of dropping you on the home screen. • When a notification concerns one of several children, the right child is selected automatically. • Notifications now arrive in the language you use in the app. • Alerts that arrive while the app is open appear once, with no duplicates. MESSAGES • Tap any photo in a conversation to open it full screen. • Search now matches parent, child, and staff names not only subjects and message previews. • Unread counts update the moment a message arrives. FOR PARENTS • The dashboard keeps its counts current and leads with the weekly overview. • Tapping an activity notification scrolls straight to that activity and opens its details. • Activity details size to their content, so short entries no longer open a half-empty panel. FOR STAFF • The dashboard highlights only critical alerts, so real problems stand out. • The activity count now includes tasks completed on their own, giving a true picture of the day. • Today's Attendance updates correctly when a child checks out. • The alerts list opens cleanly and no longer blocks taps on the cards beneath it. • Check children in and out individually, straight from the roster. • A change to your classroom assignment appears without signing out and back in. SIGNING IN • Fixed an issue where an email address containing hidden characters could silently block a password-reset request. PERFORMANCE AND BATTERY • Screens refresh only while you are viewing them, and dashboards update from notifications instead of polling continuously.
