I loved playing this game but when I lost my progress at level 21 , nobody from customer support ever got back to me. I’ve sent several messages and no reply.

We're sorry you're experiencing this issue! Please contact us again so that we can fix it as soon as possible. You can do this in the game settings. Just use the Support button. Don't forget to include your game ID to your request and here. If you do not receive an answer within a few days, make sure that you have correctly entered the email address. This is one of the most frequent reasons when we cannot help you. Or check your spam folder. Because sometimes e-mail systems believe that our support mail is an unknown address.
Error
Seit gestern funktioniert das Spiel nicht mehr richtig. Der Vater und Opa sind eingefroren ( they are Frozen and did not work ) und bewegen sich nicht mehr. Erfüllen auch keine Tätigkeiten mehr 😡😡😡

Fun Game
I enjoy playing the game. You learn as you go and there are lots of prompting to help you meet your goals. The game is very user friendly 😊

Just slow and hard to progress when it takes so much energy to complete farming tasks, materials take so long to produce… basically an expensive game

Fun, however…
I’m having fun playing, and a lot of the time I wish I could get more energy faster to do more… However, the only good visiting friends is for is getting that 1 energy point. Clearing trees, rocks, grass, whatever does nothing for me. It shows the little floating numbers like I’m getting resources, but when I go back to my farm, nothing added, just the energy. Other than that, fun game.
