Useless App
Absolutely rubbish app. It does not work. When you select the option of making a Pehchan Patra nothing happens! Also the grievance selection results in error! What is the point of launching this app?

I have iPhone6 (iOS 12.5.4). To my surprise this app is not even opening in my mobile. Why was this not checked before launch of this app? Is there any alternate web version also available.
