App is great but annoying opening screen and repeated rating pop up
With the most recent update the subscription screen opens up every time the app is opened, immediately followed by app rating pop up. I rated 5 stars like ten times and submitted but it still keeps popping up. So, I put only two stars now until you change this.

Love it like it but need to improve little it . Need to have more mantra there not enough mantra for god and goddess
sound stopped working
I paid for a one-year subscription so that I could hear the mantras pronounced. The sound worked briefly, but now there is no sound coming from the app. I tried restarting the app, logging out and then re-logging in, restarting my phone, and deleting the app and reinstalling it, but there is still no sound coming when I click on the button to have a mantra audio played out loud. The sound is working with all other apps on my phone, but not this one. At the moment, it feels like I wasted $20 for a one-year subscription.

I subscribed to the app assuming mantras will be recited and I’ll have an opportunity to learn, however, the mantras are not being recited.

I have already purchased the subscription at 1200 rs for life time. now they are asking for 400 again annually. What a worst service

It’s a good app. One feature to add will make it great, what if it counts the japa, if we speak in to the mic while doing japa instead of having to tap on the screen
The app in the final of each year
The app turn off and disappear all my counts chanted are wrong, is a big frustration reach goals that later disappear because this issue, is the 3rd year happening the same so my progress to unlock some areas in your app is practically impossible. And I had to re-enter my password and appear different amount of counting that I chanted but less quantity why? Namaskaram!

From Lifetime to Yearly
Ah, the good old “lifetime” promise. By lifetime, I foolishly assumed they meant my lifetime, not the lifetime of their marketing gimmick. Turns out “lifetime” in their dictionary translates neatly to “until we feel like switching you over to yearly.”
Forces to choose a mantra
I want to do my own chant. So I simply wanted a tracker. But that is not possible with this app - one needs to necessarily choose a mantra from the list provided. Frustrating.

No pronunciation?
I just got this because I thought it sounds like an amazing idea yet in practice. It wasn’t crafted thoughtfully in that they expect you just to know how to pronounce these challenging mantras because there’s absolutely no way that most westerner would innately be able to confidently pronounce any of these mantras correctly. If you want this app to have any sort of success, there needs to be some sort of playback feature so that we know what to say. Disappointed.

Good app
I like this app, it helps me streamline the japa count. My daughter also uses this app. I wish there was a feature to add the mantra of your own and count it. The app forces you to search for the existing mantras. Worth it to go for free version.
