One App to rule them all
Feature-rich app that places Japan visitor knowledge in the palm of your hand. Trains, planes, hotels, restaurants and attractions all found here. Takes a bit of a learning curve but intuitive once you have tried it a few times. I use it often as a planning tool and a daily action tool.
Not clear where to reach you. Not service orientated
Not clear where to reach you (either write or call). Very frustrated and will never buy anything from this APP
Doesn't seem to be working properly
Trying to scroll through the "Discover" tab force closes the app rendering it near useless, for me at least. With that, I guess the app is a good starting point with links to other apps and websites that could be useful/helpful; kind of defeats the purpose though, I would think.

Used to be amazing
This app was the best when I used it in 2018, I did all my train prep ahead of time and checked them while in Japan. Was literally a life saver and had buses, trains, the works! Now it doesn’t function. It lags so bad you can barely switch screens or type if you get to a search bar. I loved this app and will change my review once they have had it function again.

Constantly freezes
App constantly freezes and shuts down.
My experience was this app.
This app is trash. I highly recommend you do not use it. The developers of this app need to make it more user-friendly. And also they need to take care of all the bugs and glitches.
App has gone downhill…
I used to love this app. It was convenient and easy to use for my commutes everyday. Recently, the app has completely gone off the rails…it freezes and crashes multiple times on launch, which has resulted in me missing trains. I’m writing this review in hopes that they can fix it, because when it’s working properly, it’s very helpful.

The best to survive
I used this while on my trip to Japan. It was the best and the most useful app I could have gotten. It helped me a lot for transportation and making sure I knew the schedules for the trains!!!
A must-have!
This app is an absolute godsend, especially when it comes to navigating the train systems. Really, getting around in general is much easier. It points out nearby stations(including which ones use JR), activities and restaurants, and I’d be a pretty well-off traveler if I had a dollar for every time this app saved me from getting lost. Highly recommended, especially for newcomers!

Doesn’t work on iPad
I downloaded this app and was excited to start planning my upcoming visit to Japan, but when I opened my iPad I got a rather small format compatible with iPhones but not iPads, for iPad users like me this is rather frustrating!

The data would never fully download
One of the most disappointing apps I own. I bought this along with is associated guide to Kyoto. Bought the in app purchases. Never really could get more than a tiny bit of information from them - and I was downloading with a good connection in Japan. One of the most works apps I have owned.

Need improvement on favorite route retrieval.
App kept crashing when saved favorite route is retrieved from the historical list. Otherwise, a sold 5 stars for JR Pass route search.
Must have for any tourist
My friend has been to Japan multiple times and still uses this app. It was so helpful during my first visit.
