App seems to be working fine
Although I haven’t used it to order a cab in Japan yet, the pickup/destination buttons work fine for me in the Tokyo/Yokohama area. If the location is outside their operating area, the buttons won’t lock in the destination.
The fare calculated doesn’t include toll road fees, reservation fee, or others, so this will always be an underestimate, but for the convenience of ordering a taxi from anywhere, it’s worth it!

Piece of Junk
The application often won’t respond to the pickup or destination button. Even if it would, it will not register the address in the search field. A piece of junk. Expected more from a country that once led the world technology.
