I like that it gives actual use of the words I want to know the definition.

No longer working
I used to love this app but now when I try to translate a phrase it won’t work at all it can’t even translate “hi” “hello” nothing zip zero. Disappointed. Going to another app as a result and have deleted this one

I love the Analyze feature which often gives the Hiragana and language clues.
Stop forcing us to download your new app
I’ve been using this app for years, and the developer has released a new version as an entirely new app. Except, the separate version is an advertisement bloated scam to force you into buying their £9.99 a year service.
If you want to develop a separate app, that’s fine. But please don’t put a pop-up in this app every time I load it up to try and force me to buy your new app.

This app is great! But I don’t really know which one is Japanese and which one is not, can you help me finding the correct one please? I’m getting really confused, i want to learn Japanese not some other language. Please help me!

I use this app roughly every day.
Could be good, but useless without furigana
This app would be so useful for me, except for one thing... no furigana. I search a word in English and the app provides several (presumably) suitable Japanese words, but only displays their kanji. If I need to look a word up, it’ll generally have a kanji I don’t know (otherwise I’d probably know the word right and wouldn’t need to look it up!).
This means I need to copy the kanji into another app (google translate) just to know how the kanji is read. Which is just a time waster honestly.
When I had this app years ago it had furigana and they took it away...
Because of this, for my purposes the app is now virtually useless. I can’t recommend it.
