I just got this app yesterday and haven’t had the chance to use it a lot yet, but I listened to 5 or 6 of the lessons for N5 level and was pretty impressed.
The audio can be sorted by level, and as far as I’ve seen each clip consists of a conversation between 2 people. The audio quality good, and there are 100 audio clips for JLPT N5 level alone. Each clip covers a different grammar point or vocabulary group (for example, talking about time). There’s a transcript so you can read along as you listen, and you can show or hide furigana over the kanji.
There seem to be very few apps specifically for Japanese listening practice, and this one is pretty well laid out, has a large selection of audio clips, and has good, clear audio.
The app has other features for learning Japanese, including video skits and videos on grammar concepts, although I haven’t explored much other than the audio features yet.

A pleasant surprise
Really well organized. It seems to have everything I’ve been looking for to help study for N2, and not a bunch of extra fluff. It looks like there is still some work-in-progress stuff (I saw a couple typos and places where the text doesn’t fit on the screen) but I’m excited by how many features there are. I’m just hoping there isn’t some terrible catch, because it seems too good for a free app.

Great app, but...
This is a paid app but still has google banner ads at the bottom of the screen! Not cool... if the developer wants to sell ads it might be better to offer a free lite version of the app and keep the paid version with no ads.
