Don’t waste your time!
Absolute trash of a translating app. It doesn’t tell you but you can only use certain translating options 7 TIMES. Yes only 7. What’s even worse is that it doesn’t even read it correctly the first picture you take. So you end up using 5 out of your 7 trails just to keep getting an error message. Then expects you to pay for that garbage when you run out of trail pictures! Never again!

Beyond useless
On my iPad, it makes the image sideways and just centering it as a challenge. Trying to take a photo of a serial plate on an old item to see the date of manufacture. It just kept sending back a single kanji with multiple possible words. Useless.

Terrible translation from camera/photos
I’ve tried several texts under different light conditions. The typed (not handwritten) Japanese characters it thinks it sees (because it displays what it thinks is written plus the translation) are not even close.
