Unfortunately what is written is true- nothing comes up for any search. My friend had it on android and is apparently very helpful- not so for iPhone. It should be taken down or updated
Really does not work
The screenshots looked promising, despite the reviews, so I gave it a shot, only to find that this app really does not work. A search for simple words like buy, sit, and stand yielded zero results.

Worthless
The search function does not return any results. There is no options screen or menu to determine why this doesn't work. This is an utterly worthless app.
Difficult to use; does not work
The search doesn't seem to work.
Couple annoyances:
1) The keyboard doesn't go away when tapping outside the text field.
2) upper left menu button does nothing. You need to swipe from left to right.
3) searching blocks the main thread
4) no indicator of "please wait" when blocking the main thread.

Doesn't work
Tried multiple times to search verbs in English, Romaji and Hiragana. Every search said the words couldn't be found.

Claims to be able to look up words with romaji, kana or english. Does neither. I've tried so many words and haven't once got a *single* result.
