It takes more than 2-3 months just to resolve a single a service ticket every time and on every time just gets the same response when we receive a new part from company to repair will get back to you.

I am very disappointed in the service, even post downloading the app on my iPhone, all the contacts, toll free, customer service, sales, etc are unreachable or wrong. Even tried to register to the app, got OTP, but app is not validating.

New update results in app crash whenever you scroll down to view more verticals. Not able to view it properly.
Worst products coupled with disastrous service
I have had and having my worst nightmares after having bought four numbers of sensor faucets which seldom works, due to the bad quality of these faucets we have to spend a big money on replacing those damn expensive batteries, the batteries does not get properly installed by their inexperienced technicians ending up wasting money on batteries, the customer care service is rotten, after numerous complaints they never turn up and put the blame on users, even after 30 days of complaining, the matter never gets resolved and we have get tired of mailing repeatedly, jaquar team is disgusting as so is their products
