Location issues
You have only a few locations on the app and none near me, even though i have a jars down the street PLEASE EXPAND TO ALL LOCATIONS!
Only available in selected states
All these fake 5 star reviews buncha bs this is a Pretty useless app, only Michigan locations available, don’t waste space tryna find out 👎🏽
Doesn’t let me choose my store
I have almost every dispo app on my phone and this one is the only one giving me issues… I share my location and it’s not letting me choose my store it gives me stores that aren’t even in my area it’s others from different states.
Location locked?
I’m in Arizona and there’s a Jars literally half a mile up the road… however I cannot use the app because they say that they’re restricted to only be available in states where they’re located, but the location right by my house isn’t listed.

Nice Across the Board
I have been a customer for 6 months and enjoy the wide selection, convenient location, online options and a very well-versed staff makes for an enjoyable experience across the board. Can be crowded around rush hour but online orders are quickly filled.

This type of place you know you got a lease a 20 minute wait nope not this place I was in and out in 10 minutes

If you’re trying to save time by ordering ahead, don’t bother doing it at JARS 🤬🤬🤬

Doesn’t show AZ
App won’t work, doesn’t acknowledge AZ locations. The employees and branch managers didn’t even know when I told them. How can that be? You would know all your analytics of what purchases/ traffic came from your app.
Does not work in Arizona
Only Colorado and Michigan locations can’t believe you guys don’t have your Arizona locations considering how many there are I use the website and it does work great but the app should work as well

The app will not bring up my jar’s location in Phoenix
my location is non existent
im trying to link my stores location to the app but it doesnt show up. I only get a few stores from CO, and majority from Michigan. Fix this bug!
location is innacurate, app unusable
Just displays locations from out of state and doesn’t allow you to manually select any. You’re just stuck in the menu screen with no options.

Missing Locations
Arizona has a few Jars dispo’s and the app doesn’t have any of them available to set as your store.
