Is it possible to have admin and user features?
Right now, anyone who uses the camera in my car can delete videos.
I would like to have admin access for myself, and user access for others.
Users should only be able to view videos and not be able to change settings or delete videos.

Conflict with Apple Wireless CarPlay
Camera works great, but the app fails to connect due to ongoing conflict with my wireless apple carplay. I have to shut down CarPlay in order to view videos.

Doesn’t work!!
I had this camera for almost a year, it worked fine on the app until just a few weeks ago. My camera won’t record anything on the app. It only records when I open the app. The date is stuck on August 31st 3:39 pm and I’ve deleted everything and reset everything…didn’t help. I contacted the company and haven’t heard anything back…money wasted.

Cannot add Dashcam anymore
I bought this in 2023 and it works for a little bit in my old car. After staying dormant for a while, I added this to my new car, but the app is not adding the camera anymore. Following the process as mentioned, I only get connection unsuccessful every time.
Is there any support for this app and dashcam?

App does not connect to camera
At first there were no issues with connecting the camera and app. Suddenly the app stopped connecting to the camera. I tried contacting them for support but heard nothing back. The camera is now useless and I do not advise buying from them.

Can never link to the WiFi and ended up losing all my files when I was looking for them after an incident

Die Verbindung bricht immer wieder weg und nun geht gar nix mehr. Kein Zugriff auf die Bilder oder auf die Kamera. Schade! So kann ich die Dashcam nicht mehr nutzen :-(
Loving it so far
Only been using it for a day so far it works like a champ. My only issue might be all the permission the app wants. Chinese already spying enough as it is I don’t want to give them more then I have to.

Die App macht es was es soll, nur die Parkzeiten auf niedriger als 12 stunden einstellen ist nicht möglich. Verbraucht viel Batterie dadurch.

Terrible app
The app has too many issues, it’s a pain just to even view the footage let alone try to download it, which is impossible as it always seems to fail.
Camera Setup
Please add an option to rotate image 180°. Placement is really limited when you can only view front and rear camera one way to view in the app.

Ich kann die positive Bewertungen überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Keine Verbindung möglich, app ist grottenschlecht und kann überhaupt nicht verwendet werden.
