Low audio
The videos volume is too low on iphone app. My volume is on max and works so it seems you uploaded videos on low sound quality? Can not hear it even with headphones it’s very low.
Problems with sound on video
I can’t listen to the videos with my AirPods , the audio is not connecting
Not very happy
I love the Jason vale apps in general. I got this one to try, did my shopping and am starting the plan tomorrow. Just sat down to watch some of the videos and they don’t load. I thought I should do some mental prep so tried some of the other apps and none work. Please fix this as the videos are an important part of the plan (something that is written all over the app!!) and I have paid for them so I would like to get what I have paid for.

Crashes on iPad Pro
All the Jason Vale recipes are great. Apps are generally well designed except this particularly app refuses to open on my brand new iPad Pro. iPhone works fine though. Developers please address issue.
App 3 stars because...
So I just paid for the app today and I want to point out I’m giving the app 3 stars not the plan. Sadly the app after purchase will not open on my iPhone 11. I have deleted and downloaded several time as well as restarted my phone no success.. reason I will give 3 stars for now is because I was able to get the app to open on my iPad, it’s buggy but it will have to do for now. If the developer sees this review and has a solution I would appreciate feedback, thank you.

Does not open
App opens a blank screen and then immediately closes back to Home Screen. I have an iPhone 11 Pro on ios14. I would like a refund please.
Only 2 coaching videos
I would have rated this higher if there were daily coaching like in the other apps. There’s only one at the start and end and the same sos one on the other days telling you to eat a banana or avocado if hungry!

I love this app/ programme. The fibre in the blends works to satiate and I haven’t had the extreme low energy and headaches I had on the 7 day juice. I love the shopping list function! I did buy supplies for the whole week, but with frozen strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and pineapple. This made it a lot easier! Now each morning I generate the “shopping list” for that day, which tells me exactly what I need to take out of the fridge and freezer to make everything for that day. Excellent!

The best of both worlds
A brilliant plan that mixes both juices and blends. The feature that allows you to “shake” the phone to shuffle the plan is amazing, and it even updates the shopping list - brilliant!!
The ultimate plan!
I love this plan as it’s juice and blend which is for me the ultimate combination. You know you are getting all the raw nutrients from the juice and the sustainable energy and feeling of being full from the blends. The ‘shake your device to shuffle’ is an inspired feature and fabulous to be able to so easily mix up the plan. It’s wonderful that you can set alerts so you know when it’s time for your next juice. Beautiful, easy to use app :-)
