Disappointed
I can’t get the videos to work and, when I try app support, it tells me that that page isn’t available. The recipes look good but I don’t seem able to find how to produce a shopping list of ingredients. It’s a shame.
Carrot cake recipe fault
The carrot cake recipe contains no flour but the instructions say sift the flour into the ingredients??
Shopping list didn’t work
The generate shopping list option doesn’t work which is kind of why I wanted this app. I haven’t had a response from anyone in support either :(
Good recipes but shopping list doesn’t work
Be warned! I should have read the other reviews. It seems few can work the shopping list generator (one of the main reasons I bought the app). When you write for technical help you get a lovely reply but zero result. I have a fully updated iPhone XR. The recipes look great and tasty. I had hoped it would be easier to use .... disappointed.

Great app 🙂
I have all of Jason’s apps and I think this one’s just as good as all the others. Loving the recipes so far! Really tasty 🤪It’s laid out beautifully too, so colourful, and easy to follow. Great to be able to plan out a weeks worth of meals and create a shopping list too 🙂there is one recipe that won’t load (fruity cous cous salad) but other than that, great! Thanks Jason and team👌🏼💜Great value for money 👍🏼

Good but with a sad glitch
Bought the book first & then purchased the app to have a mobile shopping list but it only works if you omit day two from the shopping list. Other than that, it’ll do any combination of days but the ‘techies’ need to look at why day two is stopping it working as it should. Please fix this anomaly with the shopping list & I’ll raise my rating to five stars.

Shopping list generator not working
Love the recipes but finding it very frustrating that the shopping list generator doesn’t work as that was a big reason for purchasing the app. Please rectify, I’m not the first to comment on this big flaw in the app.
Big disappointment
I was looking to find an app to do 7lbs in 7 days and looking for the app... saw this instead and thought it would be worth the £4.99 but the lack of choice is so disappointing I immediately regretted the purchase. Misleading intro before purchase and can’t find any pre designed plans to follow, you have to design your own meal by meal?

Can’t open one of the recipes
Love the App and the recipes but can’t open the Warm Fruity Quinoa recipe.
Tasty recipes, buggy app
I know the recipes are good because my parents have been making them, and they’ve been bomb. I decided to download the app and start following the same plan at home but found much of the app doesn’t work. Most notably, the shopping list never generates, and that was one of the key features I was looking for in a meal prep app. Ironically the link to report tech issues also didn’t work.

Disappointing customer service
Was really excited to get this app but on tapping one of the selections, nothing happened! Contacted support who suggested I reboot my phone etc. Did that and it didn’t fix the problem. Contacted support again who surprisingly haven’t even bothered to respond...

Great recipes but some don’t open!
Beautiful app and amazing recipes but have noticed that some recipes can’t open such as Fruity Couscous salad. My friend has the same problem!
Does not work as supposed to
Too mucho issues with the app. It freezes when trying to get the shopping list, some pictures’s links won’t work. I sent an email to the developers and all I’ve got was an apology. I’ll se if I can get a refund from iTunes, second in five years it would be.

Great recipes but app needs work!
The shopping generator function is not working!! It does work on the Super Blend Me app though - so this seems like shoddy workmanship to me!!
The couscous salad also doesn’t open up? How quickly was this app rushed out?? Really disappointed Jason Vale put his name to this app!

Expensive and not working properly
Shopping list is not working and two recipes are not displaying either. Plus, most of the recipes are available on the website for free. Disappointed.

... can we please get the sync option between devices?
I love the recipes, which are easy and delicious. The shopping list and meal planner are cool features. Finally an app that has it all! Food, shopping list and meal plan! Nevertheless, it kind of spoils the fun that there’s no sync between devices. I mean you made a plan for a whole week on the iPad, as it’s bigger and better viewing. And then you’d like to go shopping with your phone, but you can’t!
I’d hope to see this change.

Doesn’t compile shopping list
I’m a big fan of Jason Vales, but on the iPhone X the app doesn’t generate the shopping list. I have the book and like the recipes but the app’s not much help above the book without the shopping list option. I will change my score when this is rectified.
