Worst rental service
This is the worst rental service provider I have ever encountered. I booked a round trip for a sedan. After bidding, I selected a driver. My trip was supposed to start at 9am and return trip on 11 am next day. I informed driver that there might be delay to start as I have kids. The driver arrived in time. We were a bit late as kids were not ready. The driver started shouting. He said that he has another trip at 11am fron my destination. Is it so? Did not we booked him whole day? He behaved as if we did a great sin hiring him. However, he droped us and immediately left the spot. We hired local vehicles to travel nearby spots. The next day at morning he called us and denied to pick us for return trip. We were totally shocked. It was very difficult to manage transport from that place. We called Jatri helpline, they asked to book another trip or another rental service. They repeatedly took the driver's side rather taking action. In short, it was horrific experience. I will never ever take their service.
