ordering ahead through the app makes wait time longer, not shorter. timing feels inaccurate and in store customers are still prioritized. staff will tell you one thing and do another and the attitude is unprofessional, especially from the older staff, not the teens you would expect it from. what is the point of having a note section if it is going to be ignored anyway. there is also an automated message from the owner asking for feedback. you can submit it, but do not expect it to be checked or followed up on. would not recommend!!!
