Can’t order online
App doesn’t work to view menu, rewards, or order online. It has been this way for far too long.
Not useful to me
I’m not sure what the point in having this app is . I have had it for a while and just decided to delete it . It doesn’t let me order through it , view the menu or anything that I would want to do with the app.
Pointless App
Online ordering doesn’t work on the app (or their website at that) so I find the app pointless.

Love the drinks, the app is frustrating and has quite a few bugs.

Great coffee
It is a very glitchy app. But that’s ok. When they get the online ordering down it would be way better.
Easy to Use and So Convenient!
I absolutely love the app and have been using it for 2 years now. I love that I can upload money to the app and use it like a gift card, and I love seeing the loyalty points accumulate and how easy it is to cash in loyalty points for drinks or product. I also like getting the push notifications through the app of promotions that Java is running, such as the 4 for $10 on October 1!

Great app, I love having the rewards right there so I can see what I have at all times! I also love having my giftcard loaded into the app and getting $4 coupon when I load $40!
Very nice but...
The app is pretty clunky, I really like this chain of coffee shops so it would be very nice to have it work all the way! I’ve seen other reviews about not tracking orders and it is true, it hasn’t left a single one in my previously ordered. It would be so cool if it worked well, thank you java for making my day start off a little bit better!

Not Liking This App
The app is not recording my Rewards, even when they are scanning the Rewards QRU in the store.
