App was easy to use. Drinks were refreshing and made fairly quickly.
Easy to Use and Functional!
Love going to Java House, and the app makes it super easy to order ahead if needed, and apply rewards, discount codes, etc.! I also like that there are visuals of what each drink looks like, and it’s easy to modify a drink in-app, or go back in and edit an order before finalizing.
Also, unlike the Starbucks app, the Java House app doesn’t make me reload a gift card to finish using the full balance if it’s insufficient to cover the full payment amount due - I can just add a new form of payment to pay the remaining balance owed.

Not user friendly
There is no way to pay in store via the app. Perhaps the greatest oversight is there appears to be no way to merge gift cards and there is no option to pay through the app with multiple gift cards. So when you load gift cards to the app, you can only use them for an app orders, but you can also only use one at a time. This is an extreme oversight.

Coffee fix at the library
I love the convenience of being able to order drinks and treats on the app while I'm in the library and having them waiting for me when I walk to the Cafe. This is especially helpful if a customer finds themselves without cash but needs a coffee fix!

Referral code is a sham, doesn’t actually give you a discount for a free sandwich like it says. Totally shenanigans

Was a bit confusing during transition to know which Java House app to use, but newer one is easier to navigate. Unable to select HOT for Dash Drink -could be user error

Don’t send texts for discount code if it’s not even clear and misleading and no option how to apply it. Didn’t even get to use the 20% off was the only reason I ordered today bc it’s the last day to use it.
