The worst service ever!
حركات الايداع و السحب من
مرحبا
على حجم الانتشار الجغرافي لكافة الموزعين لكن للاسف نذهب للكثير من الوكلاء و الموزعين بمنطقتنا ولايتم الخدمة من طرفهم لا ايداع ولا سحب بسبب ومزعج جدا الامر عند الذهاب للمعارض لترك ساعة عمل من يومك لانتظار الدور.
تم الشكوى اكثر من مرة للمعارض بخصوص الموزعين ولكن دون اي نتيجة معكوسة على ادائهم

التطبيق بيعطيني خطأ اول ما افتحه بيحكي
to be able using this application you have to be cennected to internet
وانا ما بفتح التطبيق بدون ما اكون شابك من الاصل المشكلة واجهتني قبل ٣ شهور ۉ قلت يمكن حدثوه او حلو المشكلة اشي محزن ان الاقيها ظايلة لهلوقت ، انا البرنامج بيخدم مصالحي بس منا قادر استخدمه !

Feedback for some logic error
I have problem after i have created second account to my friend on my iphone the problem is i can access my friend account but can’t access my account “I know i can access one account from one device” i try to delete app and reinstall but I can’t access my account and i have alert “invalid credentials”

Good and useful idea, but need to develop your app, and enhance your agency
You missing the customer user ,,, Rethink at product design Plz
+ Bad Loading (it need a Lot of time to loading)
There is a gap between loading standards and your product loading ....
+ your agency charge my wallet without turn it to permanent so I couldn’t to complete my process (wasted time) ...
I think you need a good QA and product manager 🙄

Not connected to Banks?
Why I can’t fill money in my wallet unless through Jawwal agent, it should be easier to users to manage their wallet and transfer money from banks such as (Arab Bank, BOP, ...)
Good start, but you have alot of work to do:
- Adding feature to have the ability to transfer money from bank account
- the ability to use my credit card
- On PlayStation store, you don’t support the Saudi Arabia store!!
- you should add Jawwal promotions and bundles, not from promo code
