I’ve been partnering with Jax for about 3 years now. Their cars are always in great condition. Never had any issues that weren’t handled immediately. Gig work has its up and downs but Jax is always an up for me. One less thing to worry about in these unsure times. Try Jax!

I have to say that this is one of the best Rideshare apps I have ever used. Extremely easy to book and extend rentals. Amazing customer service and great cars. Super clean and comfortable. A+!!!!

Dysfunctional App UI and absent of customer service
I’ve called their customer service department for two days and they only have an after hours answering service that cannot assist. There are no BEVs or EVs available. Please purge my personal information from your platform!
Worst rental app ever!!!
Don’t do business with these people!!! they didn’t approve my car rental for the time i needed and so I called customer service and got hung up twice!! So decided to cancel the rental since it was never approved and I couldn’t get a hold of anyone. They decided to text me letting me know that they’re going to take a 20 percent fee for cancellation??!!! Will never do business with them again they’re a scam!! Do business somewhere else!!

I have been renting from Jax for about a year, this is my second car with them. I was in a 5 car wreck where I was not at fault in the first one. They were very kind during the process and checked on me as I’ve been healing. The rates are very affordable and I am grateful for the daily extension option as opposed to constantly having to do weekly. Any issues I have ever had were resolved in a timely manner and they even told me happy birthday haha! The owners are awesome as is the rest of the staff. If you are in Atlanta and need a good rental from friendly faces, this is where you need to be buddy!

BEST CAR RENTAL PLACE IN ATLANTA!!!!!!
I’ve been renting from jax car rentals since about early November. Its about to be Christmas and I dont plan on returning my rental until i buy my own car next year. Before renting with them, i used to have to switch my car rental weekly just because i was displeased with the car or service BUT IVE HAD THE SAME CAR FROM THEM SINCE DAY ONE OF ME renting with them!! That means a lot!! I have not had ANY car issues, and even if i did, it may have been so minor that they either 1. Took care of it or 2. TOOK CARE OF IT!! You wouldnt even realize its a just a two person team. They work so hard. Shoutout to Julius and Max!!! You guys are the best and I tell you this all the time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS APP AND THESE GUYS!! 10/10!!
