This mobile app allows the user (generally Field Monitors) to create and complete load tickets while on the road. It allows the Monitors to 'mark' the debris pick-up locations for each ticket’s load, pre-populate the truck ID, driver and other data provided by QR Code scans, identify the type of debris (ex: vegetative), and take and store pictures of debris associated with that ticket. This app also provides ‘PASS’ functionality with controls that enable ‘Pass’ Completion Marking workflow (PASS number, vegetation type, and private / FDOT / Public). The app facilitates workflow through the fulfillment of that debris pick-up truck load. The tickets are then ‘completed’ and uploaded at the load’s final destination (the TDS site) and the volume data (% full) entered by the appropriate team member by role. For PASS marking functionality, the app allows Field Monitors to track areas covered by creating a “bread crumb trail” for later reference to understand what areas of town were handled. It also enables users to “mark” street segments as “passed” (meaning the road was checked for debris and the debris in that area picked up). This app does not collect any user data.
