Jaxmo Tax Client Portal is a secure mobile app designed for clients of tax preparation offices that use Jaxmo's web platform. If your tax preparer has invited you to use this app, you can upload documents, track your filing progress, and communicate with your preparer — all protected with end-to-end encryption. Securely scan and upload tax documents using your phone's camera. Track exactly where your return stands through every stage, from received to filed. Chat with your assigned preparer in real time with encrypted messaging. Manage your personal information, dependents, and filing details in one place. A guided onboarding process walks you through everything your preparer needs to get started. Available in English and Spanish. Only you and your preparer can access your information. Note: This app requires an invitation from a participating tax preparation office. It is not a standalone tax filing service.
