Used for Years, App Has Gone Way Downhill
I got my first Jaybirds in 2016. I got around to downloading the app in 2019. Everything was seamless until about 12 to 15 months ago. The app would crash every now and again. Now it crashes before it has a chance to fully open. I don’t understand how it continues to be available as-is.

This app was okay until today. Now it doesn’t seem to work at all. Not sure what choice you have though, it’s the app you need to control their headphones.

completely frozen
apparently they stopped supporting this app, which is super cool since i paid $130 for the earbuds and now i can’t access any of the premium features that i paid for.
App needs updating please
Since moving to iOS 26 the app will no longer open.
App Crashes - Update!
Update! Uninstalled App, rebooted the iPhone & reinstalled. The App fully reset & it’s working again.
Old review: Not surprised that an app that hasn’t been updated in e years has finally started to crash when trying to open it.
Logitech bought Jaybird & have left it to rot on the vine. It’s a shame as my Vista 2s are good earbuds for running!

App does not work
Great headphones but no use for the app. It doesn’t even open anymore. Just a screen with the logo. I misplaced my headphones and can’t use the feature of the app to find them; which was a selling point in getting the headphones.

App constantly crashes. Headphones don’t fit ear even with the smallest ear pieces. Would not buy again.

Every time I try to open it, the app never gets past the loading screen and crashes. This combined with the janky “tap to control” feature of my 2s means I can’t turn off the stupid “Ambient” feature and I get to listen to every slight breeze amplified over the sound of my music.

I haven’t been able to open this app in about a year. It keeps crashing before it loads. Absolute waste of space!

App crashes and I have no way to control my earbuds. Disappointed because I’ve had the same buds for years and am very happy with them but the app is required to locate the buds and adjust bass.
Useless
App crashes and won’t start for last year or so, so makes my vista 2’s pretty pointless as can’t configure them anymore. The battery life is also terrible, time to invest in some Apple air pods I think.

I no longer have a way to execute any control through the app, no way to use the location services, etc. Attempting to open the app gives me the loading screen for somewhere between 1 and 15 seconds, then it closes without any further activity.
