Avoid this bank
Every time I send money, they place the transfer on hold whilst they complete some ‘review’ or ‘checks’. They keep saying this is needed to comply with FCA regulations, but as a person who has used 25+ banks in the UK for both personal and business banking, I can tell you that 99.9% of all local transfers are completed instantly. I understand if the bank has questions every now and then, but they place ALL my transfers on hold, ask for no evidence or information, and just keep giving generic, AI responses copy and pasted when I ask for an update. No transparency, no honesty, and no understanding. I sent money to another one of my accounts (it’s in my name clearly), I sent more to my
Brother, who has the same surname as me, and is a regular payee on Jazari for me, and had an emergency; I sent more to my landlord, whom I have a signed contract with; and yet they don’t understand that any of this is urgent, and place meaningless checks on every single outgoing payment. Never seen anything like this in my 14 years in the UK.

Shaheer is useless!
Whatever you do, do not think this is an acceptable way to have a little bit of extra money. After repaying my £50 remit, they said I have to pay an extra £5 to have a £100 one. Once I paid the £5 I then got a message telling me that my account has now been closed so they have stolen my money!! Shaheer spoke to me like I was stupid telling me I hadn’t paid £5 even though I showed him proof. Absolute scammers. DO NOT USE.

Opening an account is easy but useless you can't receive money from your bank account or from a friend !!! This bank reject incoming payments !! After they close the account with no reason !! They take all the information from the people and after they close the accounts !! Be careful !!!

With held my money and no closed my account for no reason refused to let me complain the staff have no idea what they are doing they are regulated by the FCA and I have £100 loan that’s gone missing and refusing to give it me. DO NOT USE STAFF ARE RUDE AND I WILL BE TAKING THIS THE THE OMBUSMAN

Saying internal processor wasn’t working and now they asking proof of random transactions in my account
I’ve told them I don’t want to bank anymore and close my account and return my legal funds back they saying they won’t release unless I show proof and satisfied them this bank needs to be closed down and taken of AppStore immediately they not following FCA rules and laws !!!!!!!!!!!

Avoid at all cost
I have banked with yourselves since 25th August had no issues really happy with everything until last week Thursday at 2:34am my payment got declined couldn’t send money or receive money couldn’t use my card or anything still now 8 days later I have no access to my money this is happening to nearly all customers they have over £700 of my money I have a family emergency my sister is in hospital and I need to go their urgently and they know this and seen proof and just send scripted repeated messages refusing to put complaint in and no help please give me money now and stop prolonging something Willis is down to the bank you are not following uk laws or regulations on money and finance
