I ordered one item through this app almost 6 days finished i contacted them two times they assured me your delivery will arrive tomorrow . I wait a day they donโt delivered again i contacted them they told me your delivery will receive on Monday. But until now not received

Love this app but
This app needs some updates, there is an option to pay with credit card but it stuck and than when you cancel it immediately change way of payment to cash on delivery

They call you at midnight to place the order
I added few items to cart and unable to place the order so i thought of placing order next day but people from jazp started calling me in midnight to place the order really senseless.
Do they really respond in the way when you have issues in the product purchased from them.

Very bad experience with this Jazp online company. They mention stock available but itโs fake and itโs fake company.

i cancelled an order and once i said i want to cancel it hang up directly witho any professional represntation , never using the app again!
