I love Jazz FM, I have been listening to it forever, and never get bored with it. Old school jazz, yet new , contemporary, updated music of any genres.
Unable to update password
App unoperational. Is it receiving maintenance?
Very annoying
This app is annoying, everytime I wish to listen to jazz radio I have to log in, and that takes a number of attempts, then change your password, it doesn’t recognise you to just play, I’m getting fed up with it, I’ll listen today, but if it repeats itself tomorrow I’ll delete and just go back to the old traditional radio, frustrating, other apps allow you to just click and play, or I’ll just go onto simple radio app and find another jazz station, one click and play. With this app I’m often asked to go premium and pay, not a chance, when other jazz stations are totally free, what am I paying for? No ads that’s what, ads are the Bain but I’m not paying to remove them, I’ll just flick over when one comes up, or simply jury the volume down or turn off.

Great listening experience
The station has a great variety of shows including every jazz genre and musical crossover. A wealth of specialist presenters imparting their knowledge in an accessible way that educates the listener. I never struggle to tune in..long may it continue!! A big thank you from me a happy listener.

Does not pair with speaker
Dreadful app. Does not pair with anything other than Alexa . If you use Rayo and Jazz fm this doesn’t work either
Could be better!
I use my phone to listen to Jazz FM. I get annoyed with the constant requests to sign in & to sign up to Rayo. I did sign up to Rayo, it did nothing for me or my listening experience so I deleted it. I have to be judicious when putting apps on my phone as they take up data which is at a premium. I think the layout of the shows & catchup needs to be updated. I miss Clare Teal too.

Poor interface and rather confusing layout. It's always difficult to tell the live broadcast apart from recorded shows.

The number of click one need to perform to get to the point of listening it’s ridiculous. Sort this out please.
Keeps asking me to sign in. Despite auto renewal- every month I have to sign in again
Asks me to subscribe to Premium- even though my account has been debited.
Great music but navigation complex
Love Jazz FM but the layout of the app is impossible to determine what is live and what is recorded. Despite other users commenting the same it is disappointing the feedback is being ignored.
