Nothing works on unless EON one. Changes in app aren’t reflected on speaker and video versa.

Cambié tres equipos jbl one compact para ver si el problema eran las bocinas, estoy notando que el problema tal vez es la aplicación, pus a mi también me aparece que l error de -81 DB y no se puede manipular más que el mute, tuve que migrar a la app de pro Connect por que era más fácil manipularla desde ahí, pero esta app era mi favorita, en la bocina jbl de mi amiga si se sigue enlazando con esta app, siento que en las bocinas nuevas ya no jala por algún problema de vinculación con los dispositivos nuevos jbl pero es una lástima por que en si la interface era buena, ojalá la arreglen

The speaker is connected via Bluetooth on my IPhone 15 pro, but the app is unable to discover the speaker.

Not for Eon One compact running v6 firmware
I struggled for a full day trying to get this working with my new (2026) JBL EON ONE compact. No Joy. Then a lucky spot on the web pointed me to the JBL Pro Connect app. That worked straight away.
If your Eon One Compact is running V5 firmware, this is the one for you. If its running V6 Firmware, then go get JBL Pro Connect.
Its a long process as you will need to do another firmware download. Up to half an hour. Frustration relieved.

Funktioniert überhaupt nicht
Wir haben zwei EON ONE COMPACT und wollen diese mit der App steuern. Beide sind per Bluetooth mit dem iPad verbunden und werden in der App angezeigt aber die Lautstärkefader stehen alle auf -81dB und lassen sich nicht bewegen, bzw. schnappen immer wieder auf -81dB zurück. Und dies in der Masteransicht und auch in der Mixeransicht zu jeder Box. Weder eine Neuinstallation, noch ein Werksreset der Lausprecher, noch ein Firmwareupdate kann dies beheben. Damit werden die Lautsprecher wertlos, da diese Funktion entscheidend für den Kauf war.
Zu erwähnen wäre vielleicht noch, dass ausser den beiden Lautsprechern nichts per Bluetooth angebunden ist und keine andere App läuft.

JBL team, please update the firmware or fix the problem, we cannot control anything from the apps, kindly care your customer
Problema con los volúmenes
Una vez linkeado perfectamente mediante el botón LINK la app no permite ajustar las regletas de los volúmenes general y de cada canal. Esto hace inservible la app para interactuar con el altavoz JBL EON One Compact.

Does not work
This app does not work anymore, been sitting here for hours tryna get to work and than downloaded the JBL PRO CONNECT APP for it to tell me they need to be updated. JBL wasted my time and energy by telling me the wrong info .

Esta aplicación no sirve… esta desactualizado… aunque conecta con las bocinas… el volumen se atasca… yo descargué la app JBL Pro Connect y esta si funciona la perfección…

The JBL EON ONE PA is fantastic. It’s a shame the APP DOES NOT DO IT JUSTICE. Don’t waste your time on the app. It needs much updating.

No funciona la Apple
La app no permite subir el volumen, lo subo y lo regresa a -81db. Además no funciona el bluetooth, cuando por fin logro emparejar dos, apenas un par de canciones con suerte 1hora y deja de escucharse. Hay que volver a reiniciar desconectar, olvidar, etc. tengo 4 equipos y es lo mismo siempre. Por favor dónde puedo llevarlas para que les demuestre la falla, y me ayuden.
