Great ring and connectivity.
I am enjoying this ring and its great connectivity and functionality. It connects to a lot of health apps. In the last week, when checking blood glucose, the initial report says LOW but the weekly chart is showing marginal. Is there a way to correct this?

I love this ring, but you need to add swimming to the exercises.
Nice ring and great looking app
Overall I like the smart ring and app, I wish time was not in military time but instead 12 hour time. That’s the one thing I wish could be fixed and to not lose my data. I like how it syncs to Apple health. That allows me to store my health data. I like the app logo design. I like how it looks like the Apple Watch app logo design. Do not change the logo. App is nice but wish I could have this fixed.

Rip off
At first, it was great. Unfortunately firmware and software updates make the ring useless. Customer service only responded after multiple messages over a month. When they responded, it was just copy and paste general responses. Nothing worthwhile.
Works fine
Great app, works fine. Simple and easy to use. A copple of bugs in blood sugar detection and VO2MAX analisys. Please fix the bugs, Thanks!

Can’t get past the Sync Page
I can’t get past the sync page. It syncs for hours and hours and nothing ever happens. I’ve deleted the app and restarted multiple times. The instructions provide no guidance regarding the sync process. I’m very frustrated. The ring is useless since I can’t get the sync to complete.
Sensible
A very affordable alternative to $300+ rings. More reliable than <$100 rings. Like that the app is available on iPhone and iPad
Terrible product and customer service
I got my ring in April of this year (2024) and it worked great for the first two week. Then I had issues charging it. I contacted customer service no response. I still continued to have issues charging it but I would eventually get the ring to charge to 100%. Now it’s not holding a charge. Contacted customer service again, no response same as last time. I charged it for 4 hours this morning because the manual says that resets the battery. It’s been off the charger for 3 1/2 hours and it’s already at 53% contacted customer support again for the 3rd time and guess what, no response. What a waist of 250$
