Will not connect to iphone via Bluetooth.
For hours, I’ve tried everything per the instructions. I’ve turned Bluetooth on and off, still no connection. I’ve deleted this app a couple of times to no avail. I will return the ring and please do not get any ring that uses this app. My other rings have no issues with other apps.

Love the accuracy of the device and long lasting charge. It’s durable and reliable. Got one for each of my daughters as fits and we all love them. They stay charged for a solid 8 days before needing recharge.
Does not connect
Support sent me a link to fix problem. It did not fix. Returning to Amazon
It cannot find my device. Therefore it still cannot pair
Junk product. Junk app. Waste of time, money and effort.
