Value

Basic but excellent value for money.

👎 DO NOT BUY ❌No support. Sleep tracker stopped working.

đŸ«© Do not buy - unless they upgrade their support options. The sleep tracking part of my walkabout band has stopped syncing (I’ve barely used it) and I have no way to get help with it - the area where you submit your help request goes nowhere. WISH I’D NEVER BOUGH IT 😔

Firmware

Could not update firmware on band. Tried iOS and Android phones. Tried reset and redoing from scratch. Firmware update just stays on forever and never updates.

Needs work

I don’t think the data can be trusted. I select an activity, but it always changes to running and it doesn’t accurately calculate distance

The date is off and I can’t figure out how to correct it

Unfortunately, not a great product to help me track my health stats and trends

Tracks everything but lifting

Everything works as it should, except for tracking lifting/indoor. When it comes to tracking the basics it does a great job, walking, distance, heart rate, sleep, all good. However any indoor activity/lifting will not get tracked and it makes calorie tracking harder. For everyday things this is goated, but if youre looking for more in depth information maybe find something else

Warning!!!

If you are planning to get this app or the JC Ware, it is a scam! and if I could give less than one star rating, I would!I’m warning everyone stay away!!! Do not accept this! It is a scam!!!!!!!!!!! I tried registering several times and it would not register anything. The app is worthless!!!

Strava does not work

The app is fine, but the Strava connect does not work. The app crashes when trying to connect to Strava

Limits fitness tracking.

All workout modes track the same 4 items; GPS distance, steps, activity duration, and kcal. There is no live heart rate monitoring. Not ideal for indoor workouts.

Surely the hardware for this type of tracking is in place and a simple update could improve this to be an indoor fitness tracker, but at this moment, it is not worth it.

Temperature bad

The device sent me a temperature of 51 Celsius. Impossible

It’s not that bad

I was prompted by the negative ratings others gave, for their own good reasons. However, my experience so far with the device and app is not too bad. You get the basic health info (never checked accuracy) and call alerts, what more one can ask for?! For a cheap device and free app it’s good enough. If you expect more, get a Whoop.
The activity function doesn’t work except for running/walking, hence 4 stars.

Doesn’t Work

The app itself doesn’t let me move past the registration screen. The privacy terms are sketchy. Looks like this tracker is a return.

Ok app but needs better Apple Health integration

Recommendations:
- Strava integration doesn’t work. It crashes app 100% of the time when connecting to Strava.
- Apple Health integration is very average. Needs to share more with Apple Health.
- Would be great to calibrate step length to get more accurate readings.
- Tell us what the updates are - “optimisation and translation issues” every few weeks isn’t helpful.
- The app looks and feels cheap - needs better overall design. Look at all the other fitness and tracking apps out there.

Needs better syncing with Health

I like the device that utilizes this app, and the app itself works fine. The app does not accurately sync heart rate to Apple Health which is a real bummer. I hope they can fix.

Heart rate only

Only shares heart rate with Apple Health. Will probably return my watch.

No live HR during workouts

It works for steps and intermittent HR during the day. However when setting up a workout it doesn’t go into a live HR track mode. So I still need to wear a chest strap. Likely will return the device.

Terrible app

This app is terrible. One page on the readings says a thing and one page on the week log says another thing.
Can’t even agree on its own data.
I wish i could use another one.

Doesn’t track fitness, interval tracking doesn’t work

The app is not tracking in the intervals that I set up. Also, the Fitness tracking is not working at all. Sometimes when I said it, I can see the tracking but then when I go to look at the results it’s gone and there is no data.

needs fine tuning and better manual

the equipment that utilizes this app is good, the interpetation of data from devices is lacking. i still dont know how to save my seperated activities, the app seems like its recording but then it drops all the data. also not sure if the gps maps of your activity gets saved. if it does, i cannot find it. also noticed that when i do isolate an activity, that data isnt dumped into your step count for the day, which is ridiculous. i walked 3.5miles and all those steps did not attach to my daily total on the app (luckily apple health caught those steps.) i primarily got the fitness band bc my employer is offering discounts on health i surance if i can maintain and submit step count data to them. not sure if this is the right product combo for me if it doesnt track or dumps the data that i need documented.

Good app

Got this to monitor my mom’s activity and sleep to get an idea of what is going on when I’m not around. It works well for that.

I do have questions as to why the BP does not have an on-demand measurement capability or why the BP can’t be scheduled for specific times of day.

I thought it was set to take every 120 minutes but it seems to only measure once a day in the early morning.

Otherwise, works well and gives me some great info.

App is terrible

Half the time the words turn from English to Chinese’s and it won’t send phone a verification code or email.
