JD mobile banking is great. Saves me time and is more easy to use. Really like it.
New app update is terrible
The old app was so simple and intuitive. The new version is more like being online and is somewhat confusing. Don’t fix what isn’t broken.
If it isn’t broke, don’t fix it
I like the app before the “update”.. It used to give a running total of the available balance after each transaction.
Now it doesn’t, now I have to go back to keeping track in a notebook like ai did back in the early 2000s..

Transfers are not instant
Transfers are not instant like my capital one accounts, I can Zelle money and it’s always available immediately. Not with JD Bank, I Zelle and it shows available balance correct but the current balance won’t change so I’m still stuck not being able to use the money
Poor performance
The old app is far better than this. This one is always crashing can not even lock or open my card when I want too. App is not good
Garbage
I’ve had this app for years and it was garbage then and it’s garbage now, either from constantly having to change passwords because it just decides to stop accepting them or from errors that keep you from logging in as well as other small glitches
New JD app
I do not like the new JD app. It’s hard to explain but it’s not clean or smooth. I do not look forward to logging into my account. Best Regards, EPW

I have been using Internet banking at JD Bank for years and I’ve never had trouble with it Until the last 10 days. I don’t know what has changed with the system, but I am not happy with it. I am having to call almost every day for help to get logged in. Once I do, the new system is not user-friendly. Please go back to the old system.

The very am I human feature doesn’t work. I have to try 15 times. It asks if I want to switch users every time. No I saved my login because this is the only user I have. New layout looks like a spreadsheet. Not user friendly.

Please switch back to the old app. This new update is ridiculous. It’s slow and inconvenient.
