JD is totally Fraud Company.
I take 10 years of plan and at the middle of the plan they demanded 15k . And the expired my website

Just Dial is a fraud company, they take money and do not work and when the plan is told to band, we have stopped but every month we put ECS, please do not work with this, it is a fraud company

I’ve payed for 10 year website contract but they change statement making excuses. Customer care staff has no knowledge of tech. They update website sitemap in 4-6 months you’ll not get any traffic on website because It’s not going to index in google. Company has no social profile account on any plateform because they’re just making money and not responding once you pay the amount. Website is not working from 8 months and they respond only saying we’re working on your request kindly wait for 48 hours after 48 hours they’ll close your ticket automatically responding complaints is resolved. And this process continues happen daily. I lost my money and my business due to justdial negligence and fraud and false promises i hold VSS mani and Justdial responsible for any major suffering.

Maine 1 laakh se upar pay kiya hai inko but har baar kuchh na kuchh bahana kar ke meri website aur app ko bandh kar dete hai,
Justdial mera naam apne email me search kar lene kitne email kiye hai unme se 1 achhe se reply nahi diya na hi call aaya hai.
Jab maine 10 saal ke liye apni website aur app purchase ki hai to kyun har saal meri dono service bandh kar dete ho? Aur kitne paise lootoge ?
