The app is poorly made. It is not modern and also does not navigate between screen smoothly - it is juddery.
The postcode search for the checkout is broken and it seems to not recognise my postcode nor a local town, and not even a local city!

Wrong size
Sadly the trainers I ordered in a size 4 arrived in a size 4.5 so not all the hassle of returns and reordering

There is a glitch. Even though it has all the permission for location it still shows the price in GBP (£) where i should be getting the price for AUD ($).

Ordered a school bag for my son a week early then it said it would be delivered a day before he goes but it ended not being delivered but he ended up devastated without a school bag and felt terrible on his first day because he had no new bag and all his friends did

Faulty update
The latest update defaults to the British version. All stock and prices are for UK only.
The app does not recognise Australian members by log in, even by attempting to reset your password.
Changing the region through app settings or deleting then downloading, does not remedy the matter, either.

The App is an absolute and total waste of Time. Can no longer log in, can’t create an Account, Country not recognised. Don’t bother downloading the App

App won’t register my home town for click & collect
I’ve tried numerous times to put my local store (city name) in the box for click & collect but it won’t register. No luck with postcode either. Missed a special Blue Light promotion because of this. I’ve c&c’d many times from my local store before, so no idea why.

JD app is okay and shopping is very flexible. Also it’s lots of different brands to choose from. You never know what show up and surprise you.
