Can’t buy anything on the app. Keeps locating me in Iceland but I live in Canada Ontario. Can’t sign in or make a new account on the app. Shows items that you can’t even buy in your area.

Awful app, it’s so slow, pausing at every click, and so many error msgs and to try again. Ain’t worth the 10% discount.
Can’t sign in can’t change password
I couldn’t sign in and was told to change my password. I tried this: Apple saved the password as all the criteria were ticked. Then it said the password didn’t match even though I’d tried three different ones and the same every time. I’ve now bought the item from Foot Asylum as I couldn’t gain access.

Nightmare app
The App doesn’t correspond with the website. The website sells items that are sold out, so always best to use the app. The app however has glitches and quite slow. It took me along time to add items and purchase! I wouldn’t recommend JD online! You can’t even redeem your JD status cash!
Unable to use e gift card
What a disaster this app is at payment stage. I tried to use an e gift card & the constant response was ‘we’re experiencing technical problems’ when I added in my pin. I contacted customer services & they said their app & website are going through maintenance & it will be resolved by evening time. I tried again then but no so gave it 24 hrs & still no. Come on JD this is truest pathetic.

Issues still exist
I’ve been using the JD UK app and website, and while the selection is good, I’ve encountered a lot of issues. Items show as in stock on the website, but when you check it out, they are actually out of stock in the app. The items on the app also don’t match the ones on the website. Plus, the price filtering feature doesn’t sort items correctly from low to high. If these improvements are made, the experience could be much better.
