App won't auto change to our country's currency even with our address and info put in

App won’t register my home town for click & collect
I’ve tried numerous times to put my local store (city name) in the box for click & collect but it won’t register. No luck with postcode either. Missed a special Blue Light promotion because of this. I’ve c&c’d many times from my local store before, so no idea why.

App is super slow and no delivery methods means you can’t place an order

JD app is okay and shopping is very flexible. Also it’s lots of different brands to choose from. You never know what show up and surprise you.

I’ve been trying to buy 7 items all night but would not allow me to use Apple Pay. In the interim I used Apple Pay for M&S and Next. Both worked perfectly! I ended up asking chat GPT for help and I ended up stripping back to one item that I wanted the most, school shoes! Absolutely ridiculous and outrageous the stress and time I have spent trying to sort this out for hours on end. I would expect an explanation for this problem at your end and compensating for my inconvenience along with frustration it has caused

Would not accept Apple Pay
So difficult to make this order! It would not accept Apple Pay, or PayPal on the app or website! I had to sign in again and put my card details in. Confusing and inconvenient

App is awful
App doesn’t allow you to click and collect anymore and it constantly freezes/crashes. All of my past orders changed into Euro currency for some random reason and most orders were deleted from my order history. Whoever was behind the app update needs sacking!

Had 20 % off voucher code and wouldn’t let me select click and collect which it always does. Therefore not allowing me to benefit from my voucher!!!
Then when I tried to place order tried to tell me I’d not selected a delivery address, when it would give me no options whatsoever! Sort this out JD!

App freezes when clicking on certain product
Awful app
Stock updates are consistently wrong and never updated correctly, click and collection orders say available then won’t allow to choose a correct postcode or store, called help line and told they cant help in any way, awful experience and makes me want to shop elsewhere
Ordering bugs
I’ve tried ordering many times and all of them either say address wrong when I spelt it correctly does the buttons don’t open so I can’t select delivery and it’s made me do this multiple times and still does work
