Awful app
It is the most God awful app ever. I had £20+ on there and it logged me out. When i try to log back in it takes me straight to the sign up page and then says ‘user email already taken’, it just will not let me log back in. I’ve tried on two other phones as well. How can a billion pound company not afford to fix something as simple as an app??

Already have a login, but when you load up the account it prompt you to make a new account and when you type in your details it says email already exists but no prompt for login.
Rubbish
Places a qt code in wallet but the app doesn’t have any log in details. So can’t access as the staff try instructing you to do so.

Kicked me out the app in September not been able get back in since and they said i need access to my old phone number to get back in- when they know you don’t keep old numbers, so i asked for a gift card with the funds on I’ve got on my account they refused and the woman cut the phone off

Doesn’t even link ur account atleast test ur app before u release it don’t bother downloading unless u want to piss about trying to sort it out
Waste of time
They will keep telling u about discounts but when u r checking out u will never see a JD status thing anywhere on app or safari. Total waste of time pushes u to give them some 50 details and at the end u get nothing.
Frustrated
For dats constantly saying updating site, so can’t see account balance but will let me shop.!! What is the issue. Frustrated buyer.!!

I work in jd and have seen customers who have used up to £80 in rewards on tills. They’re always happy to scan their status code. Save it to wallet to avoid log ins and number changes etc. This app is super useful.

Staff were brilliant in store selling the benefit of the app and getting cash back rewards sadly app doesn’t allow you to sign up or accept a valid email address which is useless
Shocking app
Absolutely shocking won’t just let you set up the app and either stay logged in or log in manually it wants you to constantly re set up the app and then it won’t let you add it to the Apple wallet and then after 2-3 times it says contact customer services is avoid getting it it’s not worth the hassle

Every time I try to get or spend the cash, it asks for more details to confirm it’s me and then insists on opening a new account every single time, total farce , don’t waste your time . Had to click star to move on but wouldn’t even have given it one

J’ai acheter 400 d’article chez jd de grand littoral et je savais même pas que sa existait les compte de fidélité c’est la vendeuse qui m’a tenu au courant avant l’achat des article j’ai pu recevoir 80€ sur l’application car tout les 50€ dépenser on gagne 5€ de fidélité je vous conseil fortement d’installer l’application et pour toute les personne qui disent c’est faux apprenez a mettre vos information correctement en créant votre compte.
