Bad for pokemon tcg
Everytime I get a successful order it gets cancelled and takes the money out of my bank for 3+ days, out of 11 orders I’ve got one which is my completely honest review. Awful app, no basket protection and borderline unusable.
Struggling to scroll
Have latest version (2066) -the viewing items reset back to the top of the pages after a couple of pages scrolling. Buffers? Have uninstalled reset etc. iPhone 26.5 iOS. Did feedback to customer services but no reply
Awful app!
App keeps refreshing itself whilst I’m browsing, really infuriating. And it’s morally wrong in its shamefully high interest rate on credit account, ‘den of thieves’ springs to mind.

Do they realise they’re losing business through their website not letting customers create accounts? Bought my stuff elsewhere.
Bad app
It freezes about every 15 seconds when I’m scrolling to browse and then sometimes after it’s frozen, it refreshes the whole thing and takes me back to the top of the page. It’s unusable.

So I bought a tp-link security camera which was faulty. Tried multiple times to get through to someone with no success, in the end I emailed them only to be told I have to get in contact with Tapo directly, so now I have to do more leg work on behalf of jd Williams.

Rubbish update
My account has always worked fine on the app but since this last update I can’t log in anymore it needs sorting asap
Stopped Working
Even after deleting and updating still says access denied when trying to log in to my account. Same if I try to go to app support link. Same on Simply Be sore as well. Unable to log in and unable to search or purchase.

This App is the worse app I’ve ever known it lets u think you have a limit but then cancels your order without informing you,, it’s crap the items are crap, everything on this app you can actually get cheaper on Amazon, the material and fabrics are moulding,some items are riddled with chemicals ,they take money out your account without informing you please don’t use this app,, shop elsewhere if you know what’s good for ya

First order
On my first order with JDW seemed quite difficult, after my email address was refused it was fortunate that I wrote down my acc no which was accepted, all in all I found it an uneasy process. No lock appeared whilst completing bank details which concerned me.
