Terrible app
This app seems like an afterthought. There is no ability to print the schedule or view it beyond a couple of days. It’s much easier and useful to just log on to the web portal to do what you need to do. Save your precious storage space and skip this app.

I used to like this app but it doesn’t work properly anymore
Keeps getting notified about a connection issue but no one to report it to.

Can’t log in
Can’t even log in again to see my schedule. Just re downloaded, hopefully it will work now.

This app is just awful. I don’t even know why Nordstrom uses it. I haven’t been able to log in for the last couple days because it keeps saying “Network Error”.

Worst employment relations app to date
Horrible UI, bad user database management, doesn’t run well, sometimes functions improperly, avoid downloading and wasting your time

Why do I have to log in each time?
Super annoying. It’s just a schedule app. What why I need to log in each time? Also, make the font smaller. And not bold.
App changed
When I first got the app it had a home page, shift change, time etc now it only has schedule request time off and log off why is that? What is the point of having the app if I can no longer get the full effect better off using the website

The app hardly ever works
It’s as simple as that. I enter all of the necessary information correctly, but I still can’t log in. It claims that something is wrong, either it’s the account name, username, or password, it claims, but all of those are correct.

Don't use this!
I have to use this app to view my schedule and there's always an issue almost every time I use it. If I wasn't forced to use this app, I would remove it asap.
Major frustrations and inconveniences
Literally awful. How are you supposed to login or even use this app? Where are the instructions? Customer service does not know the answer. Awful, useless app
Disappointed
This app does not work for me? Does not remember my pass word, won't show me the workfeed so I can't swap shifts if I want to. It won't log on most times of the time. The company I work for only uses this app now. I have to ask other people to tell me what shift I am!
Needs to be updated
Desperately needs to be updated with effort, the keyboard is still only suited for iphone 5's which strains the eye, the hours are set in military time, should have more options like to notify you an hour before your shift that you have to be there, etc.

The shift detail is in regular time but the segments are in military time. Can you PLEASE make the segments (breaks, meals) in regular time also!? PLEASE. The total hours for each shift should also be in the details along with breaks and meals.
We should be able to alter things like time format according to preference.
When using the 'add to calendar' function, it adds two different entries for the same shift. One has breaks and meals, one doesn't. No need for two.
There's no customizing settings for alerts/notifications. When someone's shift is changed/added, there's no notification. Someone's going to lose their job due to a shift being changed and someone not showing up to work. Not cool!
Also, I don't see my time sheets as it said I'd be able to; not sure why, but it's actually not a feature that I can utilize.
Overall, the app is very underdeveloped. I'm glad we have it, so let's make it better!
