App Tech Error
The latest Jebena update completely ruined my ability to access my existing account. Every time I try to sign in, the app treats me like a brand new user and keeps prompting me to create a new account instead.
I’ve already contacted technical support about this issue, but it’s been over 2 days and still haven’t received a response. This is incredibly frustrating because I can no longer access my account.
Please fix the login/account recognition issue and improve customer support response times. An update should make the app better, not lock existing users out of their accounts.

Poorly developed app / don’t bother
Only shows 20 matches daily and my timer keeps resetting so I can’t actually see people or make matches.
It’s poorly made and I don’t think there’s enough people/data to make this work.

Full of scam profiles
Horrible app full of scam profiles you can easily find out that the profiles the use are from Instagram influencers. just a waste of money since you pay money to see them
Sorry about the one star
The more time I spent on the app the more weird things. -there is ladies after sometime will say will send naked pics. For money. And there are controlled accounts, accounts that change to guys pic. And today. I found 3 porn stars as pics.

Not good for Ethiopians
This app is developed only those who lives in outside of Ethiopia and Eritrea/diaspora , it’s known that Ethiopians and Eritreans can’t pay by credit or debit card. Why don’t you make inclusive? It doesn’t have free chat. Kindly consider people who live in Ethiopia and Eritrea.
