Restaurant delivered My order 1 hour later delivery boy came with Cold food I almost spent 2 hours to eat my lunch , when I called delivery boy he said Bhai aur bhi order deliver karte karte ana padta hai , bever ordering again from jedlo

Each time, I am only given explanations instead of an actual resolution.

Clear Notification Badge Count
Being an iOS Developer myself I would like to recommend iOS team of Jedlo to clear notification badge count when user open Jedlo app. As it is little irritating to keep seeing notification badge count on app icon.
THE WORST FOOD DELIVERY APP! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I ordered from Jedlo. After sometime , customer care called and deny to order to my place. They want me to cancel the order.
If they cannot deliver the order to certain place. They should not show the availability for delivery. I would recommend everyone to Berber use this app. This is the worst app and even staff is unprofessional.

I order lunch for me order go Close to 1000 but there app showing your order is confirm but after some time they call me and saying for Google pay and I select cash on delivery me decline the Google pay option and they cancel my order first Jedlo has confirm and after some time they Canceled order very poor service

Worst wahiyat experience
No other app in the world has made me this frustrated Iāve been trying to order a cake for someone special since 7:50pm Got canceled i dont know how many times Iāve lost the count- my upi limit has exceeded making the payment again and again- at times refund, out of stock, store not responsive, called the customer care atleast 10+ times they suggested a store which again said not in stock. Finally aftr replacing the order it took 1 hour for the delivery person to pick the order who is again confused regarding the address Would be asking my known ones if they have jedlo and will ask them not to use it and tell others also to avoid such pathetic service Band krdo agar chala nahi paa rhe toh

Not sure if it's a bug or what, it does not allow me to sign up. It blanks out the registration page when we click on register.

The order i gave through a online payment was out of stock so I think that i will be receiving my money back on my card within 1hour or max 24hour but its been a 4days still i didnāt receive my money back on my card and trying to contact the customer service well they didnāt even answers the calls and I tried over 20 to 30times to call them but no answers. So I request you to improve that and solve my problem. And the service you provide is worst.
