I would like to bring to your attention the repeated delays I have experienced with your deliveries. Unfortunately, the delivery timelines are highly unpredictable, and despite raising concerns multiple times, I have not received any proper support or solution from your customer support team. Each time, I am only given explanations instead of an actual resolution.

Being an iOS Developer myself I would like to recommend iOS team of Jedlo to clear notification badge count when user open Jedlo app. As it is little irritating to keep seeing notification badge count on app icon.
