Restaurant delivered My order 1 hour later delivery boy came with Cold food I almost spent 2 hours to eat my lunch , when I called delivery boy he said Bhai aur bhi order deliver karte karte ana padta hai , bever ordering again from jedlo

Unfortunately, the delivery timelines are highly unpredictable, and despite raising concerns multiple times, I have not received any proper support or solution from your customer support team. Each time, I am only given explanations instead of an actual resolution.

Clear Notification Badge Count
Being an iOS Developer myself I would like to recommend iOS team of Jedlo to clear notification badge count when user open Jedlo app. As it is little irritating to keep seeing notification badge count on app icon.
THE WORST FOOD DELIVERY APP! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I ordered from Jedlo. After sometime , customer care called and deny to order to my place. They want me to cancel the order.
If they cannot deliver the order to certain place. They should not show the availability for delivery. I would recommend everyone to Berber use this app. This is the worst app and even staff is unprofessional.
