Can’t log in to app
As Of this morning 21.9.26 can’t log in to the app. The app has always been somewhat glitchy but today can’t even log in. It just keeps saying there’s been a log in error. I have not changed password or anything.
Useless
Can’t even complete the login details. Keep getting an error and told to try again.
Bad functionally
The app is poor to say the least you need to pay subscription for the most basic functions which come free with most other EV apps. Also it doesn’t update charge levels which makes managing things difficult.
Needs work
The app is good for checking on the car but a 80% charge pop up would be amazing
Okay(ish)
When the app works it’s great to be able to see battery and start the air. But the air start doesn’t always work and the app also seems to reset all my schedules every now and then without informing me. So it is a nightmare when you have it set for a certain amount of time expecting to get in your car and it be lovely and the schedule has reset so no preconditions on. But let’s end with a positive when it works it is useful and much needed to really enjoy your car

Almost useless
Sparse information and poor update times after journey. 2 journeys over 2 days and still mileage not updated on app. Worst ev app ever.

Die App macht das was sie soll. Leider etwas langsam in der Umsetzung und teilweise falsche Informationen. Beispiel, ausschalten der Klima wird mit Motor aus quittiert.

All gone wrong latest update 27/07/2026
Just updated the app, now can no longer get location status, or battery status, tried resetting the app, even e-routes can no longer get the vehicle status, location, battery etc. App is not even showing that the charger is plugged in, home or public, iPhone 12 latest OS
Aucune d’utilité en version gratuite, application lente
Extrêmement dommage d’imposer aux utilisateurs jeep de devoir payer 10 euros par mois pour accéder au strict minimum d’informations sur leur véhicule avec une application.
Avant il était possible d’avoir la localisation du véhicule, son état de batterie, et de pouvoir activer la Clim à distance par exemple (ce qui est faisable de faire gratuitement sur quasi tout véhicule électrique avec application)

Terrible App
Honestly such a bad app. Having had much joy with previous vehicles (BMW). This app is bad to the point I would not buy a Jeep again. It’s such an important aspect for an EV driver and this is terrible. Has not ever worked for me, dealer sends me to online support and online support can’t help. I have given up and simply look forward to my next vehicle… it won’t be Jeep.

Useless
Just bought my new jeep and signed up to Uconnect plus which as yet has not appeared on the app. So basically all the app does for me is tell me how much fuel I have and where the car is located. I’ve deleted and reinstalled multiple times, even been back up to the garage but no one seems to know why it’s not working. I certainly won’t be paying when my trial period comes to an end. Come on Jeep - you can do better than this

Inutile, non fiable et SAV INEXISTANT
Voilà, après quelques moi d’utilisations où rien ne fonctionne, je n’ai plus accès à l’état de charge de ma batterie.
Préchauffage etc je peux m’en passer mais l’état de charge non!
Et je vois pas pourquoi je devrais payer 100€/an pour ça. Quand d’autres marques le propose gratuitement, si vous voulez faire payer, proposer à minima mieux que les autres. L’application est nulle et vous faites payer le service. Une vaste blague que l’on pourrait considérer comme de la tromperie envers les clients. Vite que ma LOA se finisse que je me débarrasse de tout ça.
Et que dire de vos réponses identiques à chaque avis… vous êtes ridicule et irrespectueux de vos clients.

What ever you do. Don’t buy a jeep. When it goes wrong and it does. You can’t get help. If you have an engine fault. The only way is to go to a Jeep dealership to get it cleared. As the car is riddled with Fire Walls to stop it being cleared.
It’s all well and good to go to a jeep dealership. But you try get into one. You will have to wait at least weeks to get one.

I have tried to register numerous times, no joy. Constant message with ‘error they again later’
Not great
Infrequently works to preheat the car. Hardly any information on the app. They have removed battery % mileage door locking and any charge information. Very poor with very little features. All it’s for now is to preheat the car when that fancy’s working and you cannot change or check the temperatures.

I had to get the car dealership to help set this up, which is frustrating as I’m a software developer myself!
Once the app is working, it has a few basic functions but there could be a lot of improvements made!
